By using Swimpoints (swimpoints.com), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What the Service Provides

Swimpoints is a free tool for live swim meet scoring, lineup optimization, and analytics. It is provided as-is for use by coaches, athletes, and spectators of competitive swimming meets.

Accounts

• You may sign in using Google or email to access coach and admin features.
• New accounts require administrator approval before accessing protected features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Accounts may be suspended or removed at the administrator's discretion.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Enter intentionally false or misleading meet results.
• Attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other users.
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service.
• Use the service for any purpose unrelated to competitive swimming.

Data & Content

Meet scores, lineup configurations, and analytics data you enter into Swimpoints may be visible to other authenticated users and spectators. You retain ownership of any data you provide but grant Swimpoints the right to display and process it for the purpose of the service.

Disclaimer

Swimpoints is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Scoring projections and lineup optimizations are estimates and should not be relied upon as official results. The service may experience downtime or errors, particularly during live meets.

Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
